This website is to prevent the spread of negativity that affects the mental health of teenagers.

 Our Purpose 

To lessen the possibilities of teenagers struggling with mental health issues. To prevent the spread of negativity that affects the mental health and lessen the stereotypes by educating the general public through the use of this website and to encourage them to speak their minds out, and not bottle up their emotions.

 What's Our Vision and Goal? 

After visiting and joining us in our website, teenagers would be guided on how to take care of their mental health and would be able to speak out their minds freely without worrying about judgement and the possibilities of mental health problems rising would be low and the general public would be well aware about mental health.

To lessen the possibilities of teenagers dealing with mental health issues within the community, our goal is to encourage teenagers to speak their minds and thoughts out using their voices and encourage others as well to do the same.

Mental health represent what you think, feel, and act, as a person, your mental health is important for the every bit of your body. Your mental health is just as important on your physical health and it goes a long way.

​

Keeping track of your mental health is a must. So, this website will help you keep track of your mental state, and serves as an eye opener to teenagers, to avoid, and to control mental health issues. We made this website, not just to help you, but also to bear in your mind that your feelings are valid. That, mental health should be taken care of, and not to be set aside.

You dont have to face your battles alone, you can talk to someone, your parents, friends, siblings, someone you feel comfortable sharing your problems.

Tips:

​

1. PRAY- Strengthen your faith-praying and establishing your faith to the Almighty One could boost your fighting spirit and strengthen your courage to continue living your life with positivity.

 

2. Social and Family Support- A little help from your family and peers could help you establish the courage to seek help.

 

3. Find New Hobbies- To divert your attention to other things instead of thinking of staying in the same situation, overthinking everything.

4. Don't be Scared to Cut Off Negative People in your Life- If you think that there are people that gives you negative energy to your life, it's free for you to cut them off. Always remember, you should protect your peace.

 

5. Always Stay Positive- Even there are problems you should face, always stay positive, because it will help you boost your will to face that problems.

​

6. Shower Using Cold Water- Studies shows that showering under the cold water helps to lessen anxiety and depression.

 

7. Call a Friend- If it's sometimes hard to ask for help especially when people around you viewed you as their comfort, and it feels like you are being a burden to them, yet maybe they're all ears to listen to you, and they also want to be there and help you. Having someone to be there during these times are really important.

8. Do the Things You Want- Go to places you want to go, eat out, have fun.

 

9. Meditate- Meditation helps the mind to clear the fog out of it and think clearly.

 

10. Write down thoughts- Journal, diaries, digital, or in paper is one of the things you can do if you don't want to share it yet to the people around you, just write it down to clear your mind, and avoid overthinking.
